Wilson, Williamson, Ste. Claire, Regan, Burchfield, Ms. Fountain, Mayor Shaver, Vice Mayor Horvath, Commissioners Freeman, Sikes-Kline, Neville, Ms. Bray, Ms. Ratkovic, Messrs. Birchim, Piggott, Lueders, Litzinger, Ms. Breidenstein, Mr. Graham and Ms. Lopez, greetings: 1. Please preserve all city, staff and personal records on the 450th Commemoration or the Federal 450th Commission. 2. This is a mandatory legal duty under federal criminal law due to my filing today of U.S. Department of the Interior Inspector General Complaint No. E000591 and my requesting a civil, criminal and administrative investigation of secret meetings and Federal Advisory Committee Act violations by the Federal St. Augustine 450th Commission and the Commission's sponsorship of the 2015 Noche de Gala honoring the 497th birthday of Pedro Menendez de Aviles. 3. It appears that prior galas' financial records are unaudited and have not been made public. 4. Why? 5. Where did the money go? 6. Please take immediate steps to preserve all paper and electronic records. 7. Please provide all previously requested records and kindly explain: where has all the money gone? Thank you. With kindest regards, I am, Sincerely yours, Ed Slavin Box 3084 St. Augustine, Florida 32085-3084 904-377-4998
